Most people don’t seem to realize that it’s actually our thoughts that are responsible for creating our reality.
Whether we choose to believe in only good things, or only in bad things, then whatever we believe to be true, will likely start to manifest in some physical way around us.
For example, if I believe that all rich are bad and greedy, then my attitude and behavior will back that belief up, so it’s more than likely that any experiences I have with rich people will be negative because my belief is reflected back to the universe, and because the universe will just give me exactly what I ask for, then it will show me more rich people who are bad and greedy.
On the other hand: if I choose to believe that rich people are just simply people, and that many of them are good due to the fact that they do a lot of good work in the work in the world and use their wealth for bigger and better things, then I’ll attract more experiences like that into my life.
So, the question then becomes: what experiences do you want to have in life?
Do you believe things always go wrong for you, or do you believe that the power of positive thinking is a real thing that you can actually use to craft the life of your dreams?
Even if you don’t quite believe it yet, then why not try and experiment for the next 30 days?
Each day for the next month, take a journal or piece of paper, and write down at least 3 things you’re grateful for in your life - these could even be things that are going wrong, but you’re looking for the positive in those experiences.
It doesn’t matter how big or small the things you’re showing gratitude for are - the point is not to have the biggest things on there, but simply to show gratitude for the good things in your life, so that the universe will send you more of those experiences.
So, try it for 30 days and see what a huge difference it makes, not just in your daily mood and your life, but overall how it changes things for you.
You should also keep a log of all the positive experiences you have during that 30 day period, because I’m very sure that if you do your gratitude work daily, then you’re going to start seeing more good things happening to you from now on, but when they happen daily, you may not remember them, or even really be aware of them, so always make a note so that you can look back and actually view the changes as they happened on paper.
Guarding your thoughts is honestly so important when it comes to creating the life you want, because the universe will always deliver what we ask for through our thoughts and actions, so it’s crucial that you keep your thoughts good and in line with what you want - not what you don’t want.
