The Treefort Music Festival in Boise, Idaho kicked off Wednesday. The stages were set and the facilities were in place to host large crowds of music-thirsty fans and topic-curious attendees. Tents were set up for food and beverage consumption. There is a ranger station providing first-aid, rest and hydration for those who find themselves over-extended. This is the festival’s eleventh year. Although COVID-19 postponed one festival, the show must go on and new timeframes and creative rejiggering have allowed the festival to adapt and thrive.
This year, like always, the nearly week-long event operates with morning to night events, and includes concerts, demonstrations, comedy shows, cultural events, food exhibitions and topic discussions — and much more.
