Firstly, you should make sure that there’s nothing around that’s going to distract people. While it might not be that exciting, breaking someone’s focus can be pretty easy when they’re at work. It’s important not to go for an exciting and wild surrounding if you’re having your office decorated; things like lots of bright colours and decorative items can really draw people’s attention. Basically, don’t make your environment too exciting. However, you should also try not to make it too depressing. Go for something light!
If you’re managing a large workforce, keeping everyone on track can be a difficult enough task as it is, there’s just too much to keep up with. Making sure that there are no extra distractions around is essential if you want the best chance of everyone working their hardest.
