A Few Tips For Changing Your Life
The last few years have thrown some of the most difficult challenges for people to deal with. There have been people stranded in new countries, job losses, loneliness, and more. And, when everything is in flux, sometimes clarity follows.
In that clarity, you might realize that you haven’t been living the life you wanted to - but you know now more than ever what you really want.

Big decision
The first and most powerful way to change your life is to make the decision. If you do what you have always done, you will be in the position you are always in.
How much do you want to change how your life looks now? What can and would you do to make it happen?
It might not happen overnight, but the moment you make the decision you need to start planning accordingly. What is that you need? To move cities then you need to start checking the realtors in the area you want to move to. Are there people you need to let go of? This can take time but ultimately if the person isn’t good for you it is worth it.
Discomfort
They say that nothing good ever happens when you are in your comfort zone, which has some truth in it. Rather than staying within what makes you feel safe, it might be time to move out of that.
Learn new skills, try a new way of being, add good habits into your life.
Shake up what your version of normal is and see what happens. You can even try this on a smaller scale and try a single online class, listen to different music, or order/cook a different type of meal to the style you usually have.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Highlight
You might not want to change everything; you might want to change a few specific things. If it is your career, you will want to retrain, gather knowledge, and see how to make those significant changes.
It might take some time, but you will have a massive sense of achievement when you are finished.
Although it can be helpful to change one thing at a time, you might want to choose a few things and make a more drastic change.
It is your life so you can choose.
Blockages
More than likely, some things you feel like are holding you back - but are they really, or is it you? People often have a set of behaviors that they keep repeating, which keeps them in the same place.
You shouldn’t begin to see these things as negatives; instead, look at them as challenges that can be overcome to have the life you want.
Write down all of the things you feel are holding you back and carefully create a plan to overcome them.
Big thing
Changing everything at once can be overwhelming unless you like a challenge. Instead, you can choose one big thing that could lead to many more minor changes. Use that as your starting point, and see where it takes you.
