Use your ideas and passions

The first step is to plan and think of your passions, one of the main problems with starting a business is people tend to look at money and traffic first instead of a rock solid idea. You need to sit down and write down any ideas you have and try to keep them within your passions if you can as this is going to make it much easier to find a niche and follow it through, It always takes time and a few ideas before you get one or a few good ones, look at Kevin David he had lots of ideas before one finally worked for him. Having an interest and passion about the niche you choose is going to give you an edge on some competition and also make it easier for you to stay motivated while getting it off the ground. One of the great ways to find a niche is to combine passions that fit together making it easier to find something more unique and a great passion project.

See if you are solving problems for your target audience

If you have a great idea ready to go or you are trying to narrow down to a specific idea then now is time to study your niches further and see what is most viable. What you need to do is identify problems that your audience might face in your specific niche industry and try to solve those problems, this will then give you an idea if that niche is viable. If you cannot solve those problems with your idea then it just isn’t going to gain the attention and traction you want.

Research your competitors

Most of the time, even if you think you have a brand new idea, someone else is in the same market and you will have a competitor, if not then you are on track to a great business. Once you have identified your competitors then it is time to analyze and see what they are doing where they may be failing and what they may be offering that you are not. This allows you to gain ideas and adapt where you need to so you can compete and hopefully, out do them.

If you are starting a new business or you want to and cannot find your niche then hopefully, these few tips will give you the start you need to learn more about it and know exactly what your niche could be.
