Above everything else, if you say you will do something, you must do it. Keeping your promises to your customers, your staff, and your suppliers is all-important and is something that will cement your status as a good company to deal with. Sometimes problems occur in business, and things don’t run as smoothly as you would have liked, but this is far easier for customers to accept (and less damaging to your reputation) if they are kept up to date with what is happening. Not getting any information and not delivering what they were expecting will not make them happy at all.

Your website is the first thing that many people will look at when deciding whether to use your business. Therefore, it needs to look slick and professional and include all the information they might need. If your website looks poorly put together and doesn’t give them any information, then it will do nothing but negative things for your reputation, and it won’t help with sales either.
