Passwords need to be difficult for cybercriminals to decipher. This means that they should have a combination of lower and uppercase letters, numerals, and characters. The password should not be short and easy to decipher.

Create a Cyber Security Team

If your business is large enough and can afford to it is a good idea to create a cybersecurity team for your business. The bigger your business the more data you will have. It is also likely that you will have more revenue. 

This makes your business a prime target for cybercriminals. Having a dedicated IT team in place will help stop cyberattacks before they start. Make sure that your IT team has the proper training. 

It is well worth the money to help them to do courses to become a CISSP or other IT personnel because this will have to make your business even more secure.
