The narrative is shaped by Donald Trump and his supporters is that his indictment is unprecedented and as such illegitimate. There is little pushback on the unprecedented aspect and all the focus on the support of the indictment seems to be on its legitimacy.

Constitutional? Nope...Idaho Bans Interstate Travel

The state of Idaho has recently passed a law that restricts access to abortion by limiting travel for the procedure. The law, named the "Idaho Abortion Complications Reporting Act," requires healthcare providers to report any complications related to abortion procedures that occur outside of Idaho to the state's Department of Health and Welfare.
